The TVP team is dedicated in helping you and your child feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our door. We strive to treat your children as our own. Our physicians are part of the pediatric hospitalist staff at Helen Keller Hospital.

Founded in 2003, Tennessee Valley Pediatrics has grown into a family-centered clinic with locations in Tuscumbia, Sheffield, Russellville, and Florence. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality pediatric care for children from birth through 18 years of age.

We are committed to ensuring every child and family receives personal, attentive care. This standard is achieved through close collaboration among our dedicated staff, our patients, and their families. We're Active Throughout Our Community

We love our community and feel it's important to invest in our children's lives both at our clinic and outside of it. We're involved in many local organizations and events. Here are a few recent examples.

• The Helen Keller Festival - Our office sponsors children's events at this Tuscumbia Festival. You can find us in our booth there playing games and giving away free stuff!
• The Watermelon Festival - We sponsor this Russellville festival each year and have  a blast playing games and giving free stuff to children there.
• The Rescue Me Project - TVP is a proud sponsor of the RMP that supports at risk children in the Shoals with tutoring, leadership skills, mentoring, and so much more.
• Muscle Shoals Career Academy - Students job shadow and co-op at our office to get experience for their future.
• The Launch Program - Students co-op at our clinics through the Florence City School system.
• We support more school sports, fishing teams, bands, cheerleaders, yearbook and other organizations than we can name here. Throw in donations to education foundations and you can see we love our local schools.
• Our staff also serves and advocates for local children in many capacities in the community on children's policy councils, anti-drug panels, behavioral health committees, Alabama Medicaid committees, hospital committees and various humanitarian and religious endeavors.

Tennessee Valley Pediatrics Is a Teaching Clinic

There are always students in our office. We train nursing students, nurse practitioner students, and medical students.

We feel it is our responsibility to pass on the knowledge and experience we have been given. These students end up all over the United States.

Reaching Beyond Our Borders to Bring Care to Haiti and other countries

We are a corporate partner with an organization in Haiti and the Dominican Republic called Disciples’ Village and work with them to bring medical care to developing countries. Our staff have led teams on medical missions in Haiti where we treated over 600 patients in a week. We also support medical efforts in Guatemala and Brazil and, most recently, Ukraine.
