Healthy Futures

At Healthy Futures, we believe every child deserves the tools to thrive—physically, emotionally, and socially. Our care goes beyond prescriptions and quick fixes. We focus on lifestyle and behavioral therapies, empowering families to build healthier habits that last a lifetime.

Our integrative team model brings together a nurse practitioner, nutrition coach, and licensed counselor, ensuring your child receives well-rounded, compassionate care. Whether it’s guidance on balanced nutrition, emotional support, or managing complex medical needs, we work side-by-side with families to create personalized care plans.

When appropriate, we also provide safe and evidence-based medication management to support children in reaching their healthiest potential.

At Healthy Futures, we’re more than a specialty clinic—we’re your partner in nurturing resilience, confidence, and lifelong well-being.

Here’s what you can expect during your visits:

  • Comprehensive 45-Minute Appointments

Each visit is scheduled for 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time to listen, learn, and create an individualized care plan for your child.

  • Guardian Participation

A primary guardian must be present at every visit to ensure that families are fully involved in care decisions and equipped with practical tools to continue progress at home.

  • Team-Based Integrative Care

Every appointment includes time with both a medical provider and a nutrition coach. Families also have access to a licensed counselor as needed, ensuring that medical, nutritional, and emotional health are addressed together in a coordinated way.

  • Ongoing Lab Monitoring

To track progress and guide treatment, frequent lab work is part of our process. This helps us make safe, evidence-based decisions and adjust care plans as needed.

  • Family-Centered Support

We aim to make visits engaging, informative, and practical—helping children and families leave each appointment with clear next steps and encouragement for the journey ahead.
